A Minecraft mod to disable the minecraft mod Xaero’s minimap and Xaero’s world map; XaeroNuhUh
Why would i make this?
Some alternatives already exist, but they either aren’t for fabric or they are datapacks trying to be mods, I really wanted a easy way to just do /gamerule disableminimap true and make it work like that and that is what this mod does.
how it works
Xaero has 4 messages to disable the minimap or world map:
§f§a§i§r§x§a§e§r§o - fair mode on, so no cave mode
§x§a§e§r§o§w§m§n§e§t§h§e§r§i§s§f§a§i§r - fair mode off in the nether
§n§o§m§i§n§i§m§a§p - disable minimap
§r§e§s§e§t§x§a§e§r§o - reset flags
So when a player joins I first send §r§e§s§e§t§x§a§e§r§o to reset all tags, this is not that useful when a player joins, but when the gamerule is edited it is all just reset without any extra code
Then based on the gamerules I send §x§a§e§r§o§w§m§n§e§t§h§e§r§i§s§f§a§i§r, §n§o§m§i§n§i§m§a§p and §r§e§s§e§t§x§a§e§r§o
